Feeling overwhelmed by coding interviews

I've been preparing for software engineering interviews for a while now, and coding seems to be the biggest hurdle. There are so many resources out there—LeetCode, HackerRank, even Cracking the Coding Interview—but it feels like I’m just spinning my wheels sometimes. I can solve a few problems, but when it comes to the interviews, my mind goes blank.

Coming from a finance background, this whole coding interview culture is so different. I saw someone mention the importance of practicing under timed conditions, which sounds like a good idea. But I wonder if there’s a way to also build speed without sacrificing depth. Any tips on balancing both, or how to confront those nerves during live coding sessions would be really helpful.
